Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of infinitytreecare.co.nz, operated by Tetrahedron Group Ltd, trading as Infinity Leads ("we", "us"). NZBN 9429053478474, GST 148-106-118.

1. What this service is

Infinity Tree Care is a free matching service. We connect people who need tree work with independent arborists covering the relevant area and type of job. We are not an arborist business, we do not carry out tree work, and we are not an employer or agent of any arborist in the network. Arborists are independent businesses responsible for their own work, pricing, equipment, insurance, qualifications and conduct.

2. No guarantee of outcome

We take reasonable steps to check qualifications and business details before an arborist joins the network. We do not guarantee the quality, pricing, timeliness or outcome of any work carried out, and we are not a party to any contract you enter into with an arborist. Confirm qualifications, insurance and the quote directly with them before work starts.

3. Quotes and pricing

Quotes come from the arborist, not from us. Any indicative figures on this site, including the cost calculator, are estimates built from published New Zealand price guides and are not quotes. Only a site visit can establish what your job costs. Cancellation terms, deposits and payment arrangements are between you and the arborist.

4. Using the free quote form

When you submit a quote request you agree to give accurate contact details and a genuine description of the work. We may decline to match an enquiry that appears false, abusive, or outside the areas or services we currently cover.

5. Registering as a provider

Businesses that register through our buy leads page do so at their own discretion. Registration does not guarantee a minimum number of leads, exclusivity beyond what is described on that page, or ongoing access to the network. We may decline or remove an arborist, including for qualification issues, unresolved complaints, or inactivity.

6. Council consents and protected trees

Many trees in New Zealand are protected under a council district plan, and it is the property owner's responsibility to hold any consent required before work is carried out. An arborist can advise on what is needed and prepare a report, but the consent application and the legal responsibility remain the owner's.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping or automated data collection, no submitting forms with false or misleading information, and no attempting to interfere with how the site or its forms operate.

8. Intellectual property

The content, layout and branding of this site belong to Tetrahedron Group Ltd, except for third party material used under licence. Do not reproduce it without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

We act as an intermediary. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the quality, safety, timeliness or outcome of work carried out by an arborist, and our liability is limited to the matching service itself. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that cannot be excluded.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top shows when they were last updated.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction. For any question about them, get in touch through our contact page.
