Plenty of companies in this industry promise the work will be perfect. We cannot promise that, because we do not do the work.
What we can promise is how we behave. All four of these are entirely within our control, and all four are true from the day you send an enquiry rather than after some future job has gone well.

Your enquiry goes to a single qualified arborist covering your area and the work you need. It is not sold to a list of competing companies, and you will not spend the next week fielding calls from businesses you never contacted. That is the whole point of the service.

Arborists get busy, and after a storm they get very busy. If the arborist we matched you to has not been in touch within two working days, tell us through the contact form and we will match you to another one at no cost.

Staying in the network is conditional. Arborists who generate consistent complaints about conduct, no-shows or quoting are removed from it. We would rather have a smaller network than send you to someone we have already had to apologise for.

The figures in our cost calculator come from published New Zealand price guides, and the page lists them so you can check the workings yourself. Where council consent or an arborist report is needed, that sits outside the estimate rather than being folded into a number we cannot stand behind.
We do not cut anything down. Every job is carried out by an independent business under its own name, its own qualifications, its own insurance and its own contract with you.
We cannot guarantee the quality, price, timing or outcome of that work, and we are not a party to the agreement you make with an arborist. Confirm qualifications, insurance and the quote directly with them before work starts.
We do not take a cut of your job. Arborists pay us for the enquiry, which means the price you are quoted is between you and them.
If your tree is protected, the consent is your responsibility as the property owner. An arborist can prepare the report and take you through the process, but the application and the legal obligation stay with you.
A promise that only ever flatters the business making it is worth nothing. These limits are in our terms of service as well, in the same words.
